Through her experience working alongside nonprofit leaders, Catherine saw a need for practical, strategic support that meets organizations where they are—and OG was born.

Today, Catherine has built a team of trusted professionals with years of experience in employee relations, organizational development, and team training, bringing a diverse range of expertise to every engagement.
